Running
Llechog is the ridgeline above Cwm Clogwyn where the Rhyd-Ddu path first gets some exposure. The northern edge of the ridge is very steep but the southern edge has a much gentler slope making for safer running. Underfoot it's rocky and gravelly but not technical.
Great views from here extend west towards the Nantlle Ridge, which is especially obvious if you’re running down the Rhyd-Ddu trail.
