The Rope Horse statue is located outside Merseyside Police HQ on Liver Street, near Wapping, Liverpool UK. The statue was intended to symbolize man's struggle to free himself from slavery. The statue was designed by artist Edward Cronshaw, stands 15 feet tall and weighs four tons.
