Descent from the Viewpoint to Fern Pass

The descent begins at the vantage point, initially a short trail / path (everything easy) then downhill on a good forest road, after about 1.4 km a fork in the road and a short stretch to the right. Then the rest of the way down, through the tunnel under the Fernpassstrasse and on we go. A smile drives one of the car traffic jams in the face. sorry

After the vantage point you have already covered most of the altitude difference. After a short climb you arrive at the gas station at Fernpass. Incidentally, there is an underpass here to cross the street, since everything else is blocked off with fences. Then there is a long, easy descent towards Nassereith.
