Gebauer Boat and Bike Rental

The Gebauer boathouse, idyllically located on the banks of the main Spree, was operated as a boat building workshop at the beginning of the 20th century before it was expanded to include a boat rental service with the advent of tourism. Due to its central location in the Spreewald, the rental is an ideal starting point for bike tours, short paddle tours around Lübben, but also for more challenging one- or multi-day canoe trips beyond the borders of the Spreewald. The working hours and duration of the boat trip was based on the participants. The long journeys of 4 hours and more usually leave in the morning at around 10:00.
