The Todtesche Berg is an elevation in the Kroppental on the Wethau in Saxony-Anhalt. It and the other ridges are 150 m high.

It served as a vineyard for a long time and is located near Schönburg, near Naumburg (Saale) between the "New World" and the Petersgrund.

The name goes back to the first owner from the Todte family, the baker Sebald Todte, who bought it in 1668 from the painter Johann Schleußner, who also worked a lot for churches. The phylloxera infestation put an end to wine growing here at the beginning of the 20th century. The dry stone wall is still visible as a remnant of viticulture. It then remained in the Todte family's possession until the mid-1960s. The last owner from the Todte family was Albin Karl Todte (1889-1966). Today the mountain is forested. Opposite, on the other side of the Kroppentalstraße, the Todte's owned several small, non-contiguous fields on which agriculture was practiced. Source: Wikipedia
