Anna Lehnkering and Otto Müller were murdered solely because of their disabilities as part of "Aktion T4" - Otto Müller in the "Provincial Mental Hospital Obrawalde", Anna Lehnkering in the "Euthanasia Extermination Facility Grafeneck". They were victims of the systematic mass murder of over 70,000 people with physical, mental, and emotional disabilities, as well as mental illnesses during the Nazi reign of terror.
