The neoclassical façade has a tripartite façade with four pilasters on high bases. Above the central door there is a lunette and higher up a cruciform window. On the sides there are two niches with the statues of the blessed Macarius Bishop of Jerusalem, on the left, and of Saint Helena, mother of Constantine, on the right, characters linked by the episode of the finding of the true cross, to which the church is dedicated.
