    Hiking

Moelwyn Bach is smaller and rockier than its sibling Moelwyn Mawr. Both can be linked together via the Craigysgafn ridge and Bwlch Stwlan. The views from the top are superb, particularly west towards the Lleyn Peninsula. From the summit, you can descend the broad west ridge to Croesor or takes the longer descent to Blaenau Ffestiniog.

    Running

A large and remote mountain in the Moelwynion range, and subsidiary summit to the larger and nearby Moelwyn Mawr.

The summit is best accessed via the rocky Craigysgafn ridge line.

As with many of the mountains in the Moelwynion range, it's pretty unlikely you'll bump into the crowds as found in certain other regions of the National Park. It's a perfect place to get a true wild mountain experience, and avoid queues for summit cairns.
