After a nice path through the forest with deep gorges, it goes quite uphill and you come to the castle. From there you have a beautiful view of the Moselle and the small towns. We are then on the Moselle side back down to the town (this descent is worthwhile). We passed this beautiful old church / chapel with original paintings.

At the bottom we have strengthened ourselves in the cafe for the last climb. It's tough, but it's worth every step. (always follow the signs to the Traumpfad).

Above you have this fantastic view of Thurant Castle. You are even a lot higher. Just great.
