The Strundetal nature reserve stretches on both sides of the Strrunde roughly between Gut Schiff and Lochermühle in the Herrenstrunden and Sand districts of Bergisch Gladbach. It is cut through by Kürtener Straße at the bottom of the valley. The area is in the Paffrather Kalkmulde.
