The parish church of Sint-Niklaas van Perk was originally dedicated to Our Lady. The Romanesque crossing tower is from the 12th century. The nave was also originally Romanesque, but was fitted with neo-Gothic side aisles in 1853.
The southern transept arm is probably from the late 14th century, while the northern transept arm dates from the 16th century. The southern sacristy dates from 1786 and is in classicist style.
