...a city worth seeing with many interesting buildings and good restaurants with Franconian cuisine 😋🍺🍻

Good hearty food in the Bohne, delicious beer in Cheers (formerly Pfeiffendurla).

The Pfeifndurla was a traditional restaurant and steakhouse at Gustavstrasse 36 and was originally run by the same operators as the Alte Rentamt. The meat is prepared for guests on an open Buchholz grill in the restaurant. The furnishings are rather rustic and are reminiscent of the old Franconian tavern times in the 19th century. Particularly recommended are steaks from the beech wood grill and Franconian dishes named in honor of SpVgg Fürth, whose games are broadcast directly into the restaurant.

        Particularly popular are:

        Schaifala slice “cloverleaf”
        Steak “Ertl Erhardt”
        Steak “Charly Mai”
        Fusion plate "Frank Türr" or
        Fillet skewer "Hooligan"
After the Bavarian Administrative Court's ruling on the future closing time regulations on Gustavstrasse became known at the beginning of February 2016, the then landlord Harald Walter announced that he was closing his restaurant at the end of March 2016. The reason he gave was: "It's not a question of whether it's even worth it. I just don't feel like having to send my guests home at half past ten."[1][2]

In October 2016, Walter announced that he would be opening the Zum Kütt restaurant at Dr.-Mack-Straße 53 from January 2017. His successor opened the restaurant on June 3, 2016 under the new name “Cheers” in Pfeifndurla.
