Notre-Dame de Clairefontaine abbey or Cordemois abbey is an abbey of Cistercian nuns whose act of foundation dates back to 1845. Very pretty view from the hiking trail on the other side of the Semois. Path without great difficulty but which can be slippery in wet or freezing weather.

Located on the Semois, 3 km from Bouillon, the abbey is home to a community of Cistercian nuns. According to the Rule of Saint Benoît, their daily life consists of prayer and manual labor. The church is open to visitors. One wing of the monastery accommodates those seeking peace and quiet, alone or in a group. Shop with religious objects, books, CDs, paintings on silk, ceramics, artisan biscuits ...
