10/13/2022 - This fountain sculpture was created according to a design by the Hague artist Erwin Kastner, based on the four elements. It shows Saint Michael the Archangel in Levi's tunic, standing on a hill with the sword of judgment and holding the scales of justice. This fountain, created in 2008 in the center of the main square, is intended to symbolize the special importance of the patron saint for this city.

Originally, there was a house on this site, but its foundations were damaged during construction work on the main square, causing it to collapse. Since it was never rebuilt, the main square was enlarged to include this area and, with the addition of the fountain, also made more attractive.
