On the Beiersdorfer Straße in Schönbach there is a very nicely prepared half-timbered house (factory house, which combines different styles with each other). It was built around 1785 - the year 1786 is in the door ledge. The building has two decorative chimneys and a basket arch portal. It was the factor house of a Christian Friedrich Zische, who as a manufacturer in the 19th century in Schönbach manufactured linen, semi-linen and cotton goods (clothing) and also sold them to America.
The half-timbering on the upper floor was originally slated - today it is boarded.
The half-timbered house makes a very representative impression and is now used by a company. Seminars are also held here.
