Schaumrollenmanufaktur, Melk
The Schaumrollenmanufaktur is a branch of the Café Konditorei Braun from Marbach an der Donau and is located in a delightful shop in front of a square in the heart of the city. When you enter the shop, you can see everything immediately. Two display cases present homemade pastries as well as purchased individual items. In addition to Schaumrollen, you can also find pralines, chocolate bars, Linzer croissants, cream slices and more. There is also a selection of decorative items and coffee/tea services for sale. The products are only sold to take away, there is no opportunity to try the products on site.
