At the slate table in front of the abandoned slate quarry, the view goes through the valley of the Oelsnitz to Dürrenwaid. The FrankenwaldSteigla 12-Apostel-Weg and the Geroldsgrün geoppath lead directly past the slate heap. The slate table is an ideal resting place for a hike.
