From the representative town hall of the city of Gronau, built in 1890, only the town hall tower has survived after being destroyed in the Second World War. Today it houses the Driland Museum, which provides information about the history of the city of Gronau and the region in the border triangle of North Rhine-Westphalia, Lower Saxony and the Netherlands.
