The observatory is supported and financed by the non-profit association Sternwarte Sankt Andreasberg e. V. Our goal is to impart basic astronomical knowledge to a broad public. This is done in particular through public astronomical observations, lectures, guided tours, exhibitions and excursions.
We are "nature experts at heart" and are committed to protecting our unique nature in the national park and at the same time making it accessible to you.
