First of all, my deepest thanks go to my friend @Harald.thelonelyrider , who planned this tour and designed it according to my wishes. It finally worked out and we were able to ride this tour together.

It leads to great castles in the Börde district, each of which is worth seeing in its own right.

And here we go to the next summit ⛰😀👍❗

The "Hasselbrack" is Hamburg's highest elevation at 116 m above sea level. NHN. And is in the Harburg Mountains, which in turn belong to Lower Saxony (that's why I inserted picture 1 for you).

And I didn't think that it would end up ⛰ feeling like in the Harz Mountains

I've wanted to see this Viking village of Haithabu for a long time.

During my stay between the North Sea and the Baltic Sea, the opportunity was now favorable for this.

The Vikings founded the settlement around 725 AD and conducted a brisk trade from there.

Haithabu was the southernmost and also the most

So here it is, the next survey.

      Those of Schleswig Holstein.

      The Bungsberg.

      168 m above sea level NHN. ⛰

How can it be otherwise, it is in Holstein Switzerland.

On the neighboring hill (also called Bungsberg) are the historic Elisabeth Tower and a modern transmission tower. Plus a natural leisure area.

So here is my next big adventure.

First of all: You have to subtract 51 km from the 176 Komoot kilometers.

Because there is a 15-kilometer ferry ride from Römö to List.

And Komoot simply added 36 km for the "linear distance". - That's 140 kilometers by bike. That's how Garmin recorded it.

Actually, I don't want to complain about anything - not about the wind, not about the sun, not about traffic, not about construction sites.

      It was a perfect day.

Only: Actually, it was actually more than 81 kilometers.

My Garmin Edge loaded me again and refused to cooperate when I just drove through

I can't let the opportunities for good music "Open Air" pass me by. After the "Long Night of Culture" in GÖ a month ago, there was a corresponding event in Duderstadt today.

      It's called cultural summer there

I just combined it with a bike tour. 🚴‍♀️

      It's not far. 😀

On the "Heavenly Paths" tour on Walpurgis Night from April 30th to May 1st, a beautiful sunset in Pömmelte was actually missing.

So @𝖋𝖎𝖊𝖘𝖊𝖒𝖎𝖊𝖟𝖊 and I caught up on this spectacle again in the sun.

And used the summer evening for a few more pictures with the moon and stars.

      What a spectacle!

🌟 I really wanted to repeat the MD X Lights tour from Christmas in the summer.

@𝖋𝖎𝖊𝖘𝖊𝖒𝖎𝖊𝖟𝖊 made it possible and we just cycled this route into the sunset.

Thank you for this great tour, where EVERYTHING was perfect.🤩👍
