It is in Lower Bavaria: The world-famous Danube breakthrough at Kelheim is located in the Kelheim district, just 30 kilometers from the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Regensburg. And that's not all: Weltenburg Abbey is located a few meters upstream on the Danube. Two well-known and worthwhile sights in Bavaria. And then there's the Liberation Hall. It is not in the Danube Valley, but directly above it on the ridge.
