Target for this year exceeded by 50%!
At the beginning of the year I would never have believed that after the accident and the completely destroyed ankle I could even manage the 1000 km (even that would be a new record for me). But if you have a goal and have such great support from this community, you can make a difference. Everything is possible!
So many thanks to everyone who supports me morally, my wife who still lets me drive and my son who indirectly encouraged me.
To the tour:
Today the dry slopes of Dollnstein were on the program. Flooded by hikers at the weekend, today almost alone. The rest of the tour was just to do kilometers and meters in altitude to see if I could do it (for me). Of course, this means, contrary to my other planning, the route had a lot of asphalt and gravel roads to offer. The aim was not to chase every trail.
>> just a pleasure tour <<
OK, from kilometer 50 the pleasure was over, because the butt would have preferred everything except the saddle. The legs and the joint held out really well.
The cramp then came in the car on the way back (now I appreciate the adaptive cruise control), of course in the right leg. Where else?

Today on the go alone because the big guy doesn't have time.
In the first 5 km, I did 500 m ascent, which means damn steep.
The Elmau Wurzelztrail is a pleasure in the first 2/3, with a few sliding sections the last third is damn 😡 steep!
The descent to Lautersee, titled "Nice Trail ...", requires basic technical knowledge, but then it's fun.
Then take a break at Lautersee or Ferchensee> let your mind wander.
The last trail then from the castle hill 🏰 down was a nice shot.

Fled to the east of Bavaria today to escape the 🌧. Plan worked!
The tour was tough but great. Took the Ossertrail with me at the beginning, which runs smoothly at the beginning and becomes technical on the mountain 🏔 Church ⛪️. The double ascent was worth it. Then it went higher up towards Osser. We had to push a lot on this ascent. The following trail along the CZ border didn't start so well. Hardly mobile to the Jägerhügel. Paths extremely narrow and overgrown with blue berries. Then super trail "Grenztrail" with short sliding sections.
If you really want to give it yourself, you can take the Taubebrunntrail with you. The S3 are not excessive, but be careful, the trail is currently very muddy through the creek.
All in all, biking and hiking again👍

Today is the last day:
So shoot a few kilometers and check the trails. In addition, the women with their dogs are dropped off at Klagenfurt in advance for a chill outing.
The descent from the Pyramidenkogel was fun and felt too short.
Of course, the rain caught us in full even though the weather report didn't say anything.
The Penkensee trail is technically tough with great rock sections and rock steps.
Unfortunately we only took the lower part of the last trail "Downhill Challenge" on the Keutschacher See with us because we canceled the driveway (the last tours are still in bones).
