The Palazzo Pitti was originally built from 1458 for the merchant Luca Pitti. However, because of his involvement in the Pazzi conspiracy and the attack against the Medici family, the building could not be completed at first. Only after the Medici acquired the Boboli hill did they continue to expand the palace. He served since the 16th century. as the residence of the Dukes of Florence.

The Giardino di Boboli is located just behind the Palazzo Pitti, and is the most famous park in Florence. Outside, just in front of the entrance of the Renaissance Palace in the Florentine district of Oltrarno, there is a large, stone slope, which is heated by the sun, especially on cooler days to stay.
If you want to take a look inside the palace and gardens with other components (Gallery of the Uffizi / Gallery of the Accademia / Bargello Gallery / Gallery of Modern Art / Palatina Medici Chapels / San Marco Museum / Archaeological Museum), you have to dig deep into your pocket to grab.
