Salemer Moor with lookout tower view from above on Schwarze Kuhle with rest area view from Dargow on the Schaalsee with bathing place and Café - bathing places at the Garrensee with clean and soft water - many shady forest tracks little traffic. Not suitable for inexperienced cyclists - either young or with e-bike and practiced.

The Plötscher lake in the district Herzogtum Lauenburg lies west of the place Mustin near Ratzeburg and north of the place Salem. The lake is about 8 ha in size and up to 12.2 m deep. To the north lies the Garrensee, and in the south it is connected to the Schwarze Kuhle. A beautiful hiking trail leads around the lake.
