For 800 years the village church Groß Ziethen stands in the middle of the village on the former village green. The hall church was built in the second half of the 13th century from Feldstein. Its nave is complemented by an indented choir. The Huguenots, who took over the church at the beginning of the 18th century, redesigned the interior according to their Calvinist faith. In 1717, a truss tower was built. 1864 was a classicistic transformation of the church. Here, the round-arched triumphal arch was widened, built a pulpit altar and the west gallery.
