Before you snigger, the Dorset Knob is a savoury biscuit that you should eat with Dorset Blue Vinny Cheese. This village hosts the annual Dorset Knob Throwing Competition, which is usually in late April/early May. (The classic Dorset Knob is made just outside of Bridport if you wanted to properly taste the tradition).
