The "Forsthaus" can be found right next to the Utspann. Opposite in the parking lot is a wooden sculpture of Prince Borwin. In 1252 he sold a large forest area to the city of Rostock. Since then, the Rostock Heath has been a municipal forest and is now a popular local recreation center, where you can also find many beautiful bike paths.
