De Leeuw in Zeerijp is an octagonal tower mill for grinding grain. A really nice photo motif and so typical for the Netherlands. The mill was built in 1865 on the eastern outskirts of the village of Zeerijp, on a site where a mill had stood since 1662. Today, "De Leeuw" is more in the center of town.
