Scherpenheuvel used to be surrounded by a wall. The Rozenkransweg is located on part of the former ramparts.

Hiking
During the summer months from May to August, the Way of the Cross and the Rosary are prayed every Sunday. These are prayed by volunteers. Those who wish to join: gather at the first station of the Way of the Cross at 2 p.m. and at the first station of the Rosary at 3 p.m.
