There is a beautiful bird watching hut in Testelt. The hut was built in the Demerbroek on a headland with a beautiful view over the large pond. This place was once used as a dump. From the viewing hut you will see many special water birds and also more common species such as grebes, egrets, cormorants and kingfishers. The viewing hut is easily accessible for wheelchair users and can be reached via a footpath that starts at 100 meters from the Wildendriesdijk, at the intersection with the Bergstraat.
