That's a pretty strenuous ~7km from Nawodna to Strzelczyn, with pretty much everything that makes the tour difficult. Starting with a steep climb in deep, fine sand directly behind Nawodna heading east, later lots of coarse gravel and in between deep sand with sometimes standing water after it has rained, and finally with dense undergrowth and tall grass with a very narrow lane about 2km before the town of Strzelczyn. Very exhausting, especially for people on longer tours, I recommend the northern alternative via the asphalt road to Lisie Pole and from there diagonally south-east down to Strzelczyn. On this route, only the steep climb shortly after Nawoda (if you're heading east) is challenging, but otherwise it's much more pleasant and quicker to ride.
