The hut itself is not a hit, but the single trail starting here down to the Rothsnasenweg is a real hit! When driving uphill do not be fooled by the trail map. The path in the photo does not lead to the trail. You have to drive past the hut and then at the apex of the forest road turn straight into the forest. From there, have fun and uffbasse, the trail crosses two trails.
