We leave the "Voetveer bij Persingen" to our right, smilingly recalling our first encounter with the crank handle. We briefly turn away from the water toward Persingen, then walk along the water again, partly over meadow paths, to the Wylerbergmeer, where the "Bench die Abends" awaits us.
The bench is slightly elevated in front of the body of water, which rests before us in the blue hour, barely the size of a sea. Far away, a person is juggling with fire; otherwise, silence.
