At KM 33 of our hike we cross the border to Germany for the first time at the "Friendship Border" with the "Laat Vriendschap heelen (heal), wat Grenz deelen (share)" signpost. Twice during the night we knowingly but invisibly cross the border line, which is also invisible. Let's hope that peace, freedom and the openness of borders, which will then no longer exclude or limit anything, will remain with us.
