Tips
The Hühnerfels is located on a mountain ridge and not directly on a well-known path.
But the few meters downhill/uphill are worth it. The more distant sandstone formation is the more interesting.translated by

The Ritterstein Hühnerfels is number 18 and is a rock formation on the Derstenhaus route.

Another highlight is the stone table at Reisdorf. A beautiful path leads us up from Reisdorf, PWV marking green-yellow, past the chicken rock to the Hohe Derst. Not far from the huge chicken rock, a path leads to the table.
