In the Waldseer oil mill, the production of linseed, poppy and rapeseed oil can be easily understood. The machinery with a millstone dates back to 1829 and is also put into operation with the water wheel during the visiting hours. The high-pressure oil press is from 1919. The building also houses the Fasnet Museum, which is run by the Waldsee guild of fools. The history and customs of the Waldsee Fasnet are vividly presented. Masks, costumes and pictorial chronicles bring the tradition of hustle and bustle to life.
