Mysterious underworld
Hardly any other building in Kempten has served as many different purposes over eight centuries as the former Erasmus Chapel. Today, the underground showroom Erasmus chapel is one of the most visited sights in the city. An impressive multi-vision show makes the walls of the former Erasmus chapel speak and gives exciting insights into the eventful history of Kempten.
Since September 2010, stations in Kempten's eventful history can be experienced in the original walls of the former Erasmus chapel.
