Runswick Bay is beautiful: a picturesque coastal village on the Cleveland Way hiking trail, Runswick Sands (a sandy beach), easy coastal walks straight from the village and a number of places to eat and drink once you've satiated yourself with the views.

Stunning location with a single main road leading down to the beach and lots of steep narrow paths running between houses, very reminiscent of some of the hillside fishing villages in Devon and Cornwall. Fabulous views across the bay, with an accessible beach, where you can find some interesting shallow caves eroded into the cliffs.
