I thought I would get my moneys worth (!) and visit Scafell Pike and Sca Fell via the Corridor Route. Weather forecast had been looking promising but The Lakes had other ideas. For me, although I had a Plan B by excluding Sca Fell the full route ended up too long with the distance and climb. But the

I was going to leave out Easterside Hill as the route appeared to be a there-and-back, which I'm not a fan of. There was no clear route in from the NE either that i could see so bit the bullet and went for it from the south. Hard going through heather of differing depths. There were some animal paths
