Hiking
The monument route can be started in the center of Odenthal. It is 24.5 km long in total. But you can also combine parts of the Monument Route with sections of the High Route.
The High Route is 27.5 km long. On this circular hike you follow the three Odenthal mountain ranges, which are separated from each other by the Dhünn and Scherfbach valleys. This route offers views of the Rhine Valley (you can see Cologne Cathedral) and the rolling hills of the Bergisches Land.
