The notorious Schnüerliweg meanders for a long time directly and almost with skin contact along the steep faces of the Churfirsten - sensational panorama guaranteed.
The road is unofficial and only the last 100 meters before the Zuestoll strongly exposed - but secured in these places with ropes. (T5)

The Schnürliweg is a very narrow, exposed, chamois-like path that crosses the terrain on grassy ground below the Churfirsten.
Sure-footedness, a head for heights and dry conditions are essential here!!! Rockfall should also be considered, a helmet would not be a bad idea (I didn't have one, but it would be recommended here).
For experienced mountaineers, this is an absolutely wonderful trail with enormously impressive views of the mighty rocks of the Churfirsten, Lake Walen and the surrounding mountains!
