Old movies are often shot here. This is a huge old facility. There is a good view from the museum park.

After the insolvency estate was cannibalized, the adventurous ruin has served as a filming location for various war films and action productions since 2000. Of particular note were: "Enemy at the Gates" (Stalingrad film) and "The Monuments Men". "Rammstein" staged their moon landing here and the "specialists" of the "GSG9" from SAT 1 let off steam in the old walls.
