Who did this: An entrance to the Schönower Heide, which is used perhaps once a day, is secured by means of pedestrian safety gates placed across the cycle path so that the vehicles driving here can safely cross the cycle path. In return, pedestrians and cyclists are allowed to squeeze through the artificial bottlenecks. Typical Schildbürgerstreich.
