Hobrechtsfelde Sewage Fields

The semi-open landscape of the former sewage fields around Hobrechtsfelde, where the sewage from Berlin was once channeled, offers very attractive views, especially in spring. Cycling through it quickly would mean missing most of it. So make as many stops as possible!
To start with, it is best to orient yourself using the large information boards. What is explained there is definitely very interesting. It is completely impossible to discover everything on a single tour or in just one day. It can be particularly attractive to look out for the sculptures and take a closer look at some of them at your leisure. There are around 100-120 of them in the extensive area. Some are right in the middle of things and can only be reached on foot. The main paths are well paved (fine gravel) and many signposts offer easy orientation. This makes cycling here a real pleasure.
