Tips
The wildlife trail is just over five kilometers long and circles the core wilderness zone of the Schönow Heath. Along the fenced-in area, you can learn about the local fauna and flora of the heath from various boards, although some of the boards are old and have faded or been damaged by the weather. There are several viewing points and covered seating areas where you can take a break. If you're lucky, you'll spot fallow deer, mouflons and red deer in the game enclosures.
