Šetalište Vladimira Gortana is a beautiful promenade that connects the old town of Umag to its Marina in a crescent shape. The shore is bordered by a complex of green areas, playgrounds and fitness equipment. It is named after Vladimir Gortan, a Croatian anti-fascist sentenced to be shot by the Special Court for attack on state security in 1929.
