That was me at first sight when I moved from Eupen to Aachen earlier this year.
What a lovely river, which meanders beautifully through its bed.
The slightly higher forest on the bank is also a celebration of shades of green, from moss to ferns and leaves (not now, in autumn, of course... but the moss ground remains fantastically beautiful even in contrast with shades of brown).
The fact that I walked there completely alone twice makes it even more special.
