The former stable house (first mentioned in 1634) located on the eaves side of Omperter Weg hardly shows the traditional division through conversions today. While the floor plan usually consists of 6 axes - 3 for the economic side, 2 for the living - only 4 bays are built here.
Outbuildings from the 19th century are grouped around the small service yard in the south-west.
It is a type of a Niederrheinisches Wohnstallhaus Viersener type that has become rare.
