Winter hiking trail St.-Antönien-Pany "Path No. 327"
Probably the most famous and most popular winter hiking trail no. 327 in the entire Prättigau. Wonderful panoramic route, which connects the two Walser villages of St. Antönien and Pany.
Already on the first few meters you quickly gain height, as a look back to St.Antönien proves impressively. After an ascent through the sparse forest, the hikers walk through a romantic forest clearing, which is a high moor in summer. The first mountain peaks appear in the background.
Leaving the forest behind, the plateau below the Valpuner Alp is reached. The view here ranges from the Schesaplana to the mountains of Austria. The Chrüz towers in front of you, one of the slate foothills south of the Rätikon main ridge and a popular destination for skiers and snowshoe hikers. The summit, which is relatively easy to climb, forms an even pyramid above the mountain villages of Pany, Stels and St. Antönien. The Chrüz is therefore also known as the Rigi of the Prättigau.
You then hike along the almost flat, sunny plateau at the foot of the Chrüz. In slight ups and downs, it goes through sparse forest again. The terrain becomes increasingly open and flat as you get closer to the bottom of the valley. From here, the flattened path initially leads flat, then slightly downhill to Pany. The path can be walked in both directions.

I can heartily recommend the winter hiking trail from St. Antönien to Pany, “path no. 327”. It is best to leave the car in Pany and take the bus to St. Antönien. The path offers a brilliant view of the great alpine world of the Prättigau. There is one place on the tour in winter where you should definitely stop to enjoy the brilliant view and that is the Bodähütte.
