A manor brewery, founded in 1859, belonged to the Wülfel manor, which later became the Wülfeler brewery. In 1992 it was closed and parts were sold to the Gilde Brewery. Albert Behn was the brewery director for many years.
Today only parts of the facade are preserved, the entrance gate.

The Wülfel brewery was a large brewery in Hanover and at one time the largest cooperative brewery in Europe. Its origins date back to the beginning of the 19th century and the entrance is a listed building.
